1 lb. VELVEETA (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
10 oz ROTEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 cup Cheeses, Low Fat Mozzarella
1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
4 green onions, sliced

Recipe Directions for Cheeseburger Dip

  1. What You Need

  2. 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

  3. 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained

  4. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

  5. 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained

  6. 4 green onions, sliced

  7. Make It

  8. MIX all ingredients except onions in microwaveable bowl.

  9. MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring after 3 min. Stir in onions.

  10. SERVE with Crackers, tortilla chips and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
