Easy Prep, ground beef with egg noodles, tomatoes & cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Cheeseburger Cassarole

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
14 oz chopped tomatoes with juice
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 oz egg noodles
1 cup grated cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheeseburger Cassarole

  1. Preheat over to 350. In a skillet cook the grund beef stirringto break up the lumps until all of the pink is gone. Drain grease.

  2. Add the onions & peppers & cook until tender. Add tomatoes with juice, worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt & pepper. Simmer on low with lid about 15 minutes. During this time, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles

  3. Return noodles to pot and pour in beef mixture and mix well with noodles. Pour this into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. cover with grated cheese and bak at 350 undil cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
