Recipe Ingredients for Cheese and Vegie Bread

3 whole wheat pitas, 6"
3 large tomatoes, sliced
2 cups zucchini, sliced thin
1 cup cheese, part skim mozzarella
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Cheese and Vegie Bread

  1. Put tomatoes and zucchini on pitas.

  2. Sprinkle with garlic.

  3. Put cheeses on top.

  4. cook in oven at 350 for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.

  5. Cut each pita into 4.
