6 fat free tortillas
1 cup cheddar cheese
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 cup salsa
1 tablespoon black beans
1 tablespoon corn
1 tablespoon onion
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Cheese and Veggie Enchaladas

mix cheeses and spices. spoon down middle of tortillas. roll up, place crease down in baking dish. Cover with salsa. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
