Recipe Ingredients for Cheese- Tuna Bake

1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese (creamed)
6 oz. tuna, flaked
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bran
1/2 tsp. celery powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. butter

Recipe Directions for Cheese- Tuna Bake

  1. Combine cottage cheese, tuna, 1/4 bread crumbs,

  2. and celery powder. Blend in beaten eggs.

  3. Put in buttered 1 quart casserole. Top with remaining crumbs and bran, mixed with melted butter.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 35 minutes or until firm. Serves 4.
