Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Tortellini w/Peas & Mushrooms

2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
0.25 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
0.67 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
3 oz Pork, Cured, Ham, Boneless, Regular
3 tbsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
9 oz Three Cheese Tortellini
1 cup Peas, Green
1/2 cup Mushrooms Sliced

Recipe Directions for Cheese Tortellini w/Peas & Mushrooms

  1. Prepare tortellini according to package. Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan; add shallots and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir in flour until absorbed; gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened, about 3 minutes. Add parsley and salt; cook 1 more minute; remove from heat.

  2. Drain tortellini; add to sauce and mix to coat. Serve immediately.

  3. Drain tortellini
