Recipe Ingredients for Cheese-Topped Beef Bake

16 ounces medium pasta shells
1 pound ground beef
26 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 taco seasoning
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheese-Topped Beef Bake

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.

  3. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and taco seasoning.

  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream; set aside.

  5. Drain the pasta; stir into beef mixture.

  6. Transfer to a greased 13 inch by 9 inch by 2 inch baking dish.

  7. Spread with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
