10 oz spinach
1/3 cup feta cheese
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Cheese Spinach Timbale

  1. Mix the eggs, cottage cheese, feta cheese, basil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Use a blender to mix until creamy.

  2. Add the spinach

  3. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350F.

  4. Dish is ready when you insert a knife and it comes out clean.
