Recipe Ingredients for cheese and spinach manicotti

8 oz part skim ricotta cheese
1/8 c Parmesan
1 egg
1/2 package frozen spinach
3 cup marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for cheese and spinach manicotti

  1. thaw and drain spinach.

  2. Preheat oven to 350

  3. boil water and cook noodles for 9 min's.

  4. brown meat, drain then add / heat sauce.

  5. mix ricotta, parm, egg, seasoning and spinach together

  6. stuff the noodles

  7. cover with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese.

  8. cover with foil bake for 20 min's, uncover and back for 20 more or until the cheese is golden brown.
