Cheese scones based on a GoodFood recipe. I replaced cheddar w gouda, needed less milk, and used graham flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Scones

200 grams Tesco Graham Flour
50 grams Margarine
25 grams Gouda Cheese
25 grams Regular Rolled Oats
1 serving Milk 1.5%
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Cheese Scones

Rub margarine in flour. Stir in oats, grated cheese and oats. Add milk - the amount needed can be different, finally you should het a soft dough. Roll out dough on a flour dusted surface about 2 cms thick, then cut out scones with a plain 4-cm cutter. Bake them in a preheated oven at 200 C.
