Plain quesadilla recipe. I use a fajita size tortilla and reduced fat cheese to cut down on calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Quesadilla

1 tortilla, flour
1/3 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar jack cheese
1/2 tsp oil
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Cheese Quesadilla

Coat one side of the tortilla with the oil and sprinkle with salt. Place oiled side down in a skillet. Spread shredded cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla and fold the other half over. Turn the heat on high. Turn the quesadilla over and remove from pan when you achieve desired crispiness on both sides.
