This is the cheese and pasta for the Kitchen Sink Lasagne.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese & Pasta for lasagne

15 oz Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
2 egg Eggs
8 oz Spinach
3.7 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
14.5 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
2.2 serving Lasagne Pasta
12 oz Sauce

Recipe Directions for Cheese & Pasta for lasagne

  1. Prepare Beef, Eggplant & Tomato Sauce recipe and keep simmering.

  2. Mix together the beaten eggs, cottage cheese, Spinach (thaw and squeeze dry, or saute briefly) and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Layer the No boiling pasta noodles, cheese, and meat sauce as follows.

  4. Plain sauce, dry noodles, cottage cheese mix, Mozzarella, meat sauce, dry noodles, cottage cheese mix, Mozzarella, meat sauce, final layer of Mozzarella.

  5. Bake at 375 for 25 min covered, and then another 25 minutes uncovered. Lasagne is done when it is bubbly and browned on top.
