1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 serving Egg Beaters Florentine
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.18 oz Singles American Fat Free
0.5 serving Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Cheese onion omelet

  1. Chop onions and cook in 1'2 of oil on stove top until golden Beat egg and eggbeater together in a bowl. Put onions to the side. Add remaining oil into egg skillet. Pour egg mixture and cook, careully pulling edges from side to cook eggs. Once the eggs are almost cooked, add onions and cheese. Carefully flip one side of egg and fold in half.

  2. Serve hot.
