Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Omlette

3 large EGG WHITES
1 large egg
2 oz onion
2 oz mushrooms
1 tomato
1 tbsp chipotle peppers
2 tbsp broth
1 oz fat free mozzarella cheese
2 wedges laughing cow cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheese Omlette

  1. In a glass bowl, micro mushrooms onion and broth for 3 mins. Stir in chipotle and cheese wedges until melted. Wisk eggs and pour into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray.

  2. Top with onion mix, top with tomato slices, sprinkle with cheese and pop under broiler until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked. Slide onto plate and fold.
