Recipe Ingredients for cheese omlette

3 egg whites
1 egg
2 oz onion
3 oz mushrooms
1 tbsp chipotle peppers
2 wedges laughing cow cheese
1 oz fat free mozzarella cheese
1/2 tomato

Recipe Directions for cheese omlette

Saute or microwave steam onions and mushrooms in a bit of broth. Remove to a plate. Spray skillet with cooking spray, add whisked eggs, when slightly cooked add, rest of veggies topping with tomato and cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked. Slide of plate and fold over.
