Simple cheese omlette that is loaded with protein and a great way to start the morning.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Omlette

1 egg
1 egg white
2 tablespoons 2% milk
2 slices of cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheese Omlette

  1. Mix one egg (with yolk) and one egg white with 2tbs of milk of choice

  2. Mix

  3. Place in a lightly olive oiled pan and let cook on medium until able to flip

  4. Flip and let cook for about 30sec to one minute

  5. Place cheese on half of the omlette and then flip the other half over the cheese

  6. Serve
