Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Omlette

1 tsp olive oil
3 eggs
1/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 c shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheese Omlette

  1. Heat oil in nonstick pan.

  2. Season eggs with salt and pepper, add milk, and whip together.

  3. Pour into hot pan and cook, lifting edges, until top is no longer runny. Reduce heat to low.

  4. Sprinkle with cheese, fold in half, and cook another minute until cheese is melted.
