Recipe Ingredients for cheese omlete

3 egg whites
1 egg
2 wedge Cheese
2 oz onion
1 tbsp chipotle peppers
3 oz mushrooms
1 oz fat free mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for cheese omlete

Saute onion and mushrooms in a small amount of broth. Removr to a plate/ Spray pan with cooking spray add wisked eggs, Cook slightly, and top with remaining ingredients, top with mozzarella last, Place under broiler until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked, slide and fold over on to plate.
