Recipe Ingredients for Cheese omelette with red, green peppers and onions

2 eggs
50 g cheddar cheese
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Yellow pepper
1/4 Onion

Recipe Directions for Cheese omelette with red, green peppers and onions

  1. Shallow fry 1/4 diced onion

  2. Add peppers to pan

  3. Fry for 1 - 2 minutes until onion is golden

  4. Whisk eggs gently and pour into pan slowly, let this heat through for 2 - 3 minutes

  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top

  6. Place under grill to crispen.
