1 large egg
2 egg whites
1 oz cheese
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cheese Omelette

  1. Heat pan with oil to medium heat.

  2. Beat together egg and whites.

  3. Pour eggs in pan and cook gently until mostly set.

  4. Flip to cook second side.

  5. Add grated cheese and flip one half over to form omelette.

  6. Cook through and serve.
