A delicious, picante omlette that is both filling and satisfying, as well as low enough in calories to add toast of fruit juice for a complete breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Omelette

3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 slices American Cheese
3 tblsp water

Recipe Directions for Cheese Omelette

Break 3 eggs into a medium mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and water and beat until mixture is light yellow and consistent. Add misture to a pan over medium-high heat (with cooking spray). When egg is almost cooked all the way through, add cheese to half of the egg, and fold the remainder of the egg over the cheese half. Turn heat off and allow residual heat to finish the cooking (about 1-2 minutes).
