Recipe Ingredients for cheese and nut loaf

2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup water
2 slices whole wheat bread
6 slice cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup extra firm tofu
3 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for cheese and nut loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Over medium heat, cook onions in olive oil

  3. Add water and breadcrumbs. Mix well. remove from heat

  4. Add cheese, walnuts, and blended tofu with flour

  5. Scoop mixture into greased loaf pan

  6. Bake for about 30 minutes
