Recipe Ingredients for Cheese-n-rice casserole

4 c. brown rice, white cooked
4 oz. velveeta
1/2 c. onion
3/4 c. egg substitute
2 t. salt

Recipe Directions for Cheese-n-rice casserole

  1. Cook rice to equal 4 c. cooked.

  2. Cube velveeta cheese.

  3. Chop onions.

  4. Mix all ingrediants. Bake in an 8X8 pan until center is completely cooked.

  5. After baking, this dish freezes well to be reheated for later.
