Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Grits

4 cup grits
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can chicken broth, fat free
4 oz. cheese, cream light
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 egg, whites raw
1/4 cup milk, 1%

Recipe Directions for Cheese Grits

  1. Cook the grits in the chicken broth add garlic. Stir in Cream cheese and cheddar cheese til melted nicely. add salt & pepper to taste. Beat egg whites and milk slowly stir in. Pour in in to 9x9 baking dish. bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

  2. Refrigerates nicely for delicious left overs.
