Recipe Ingredients for cheese fritters

2 eggs
2 egg whites
8 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
6 tbsp parmesan cheese
2/3 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for cheese fritters

  1. Place 3 egg whites in a medium bowl with a pinch of salt and beat until stiff. Fold in both cheeses. Add half flour. Season wtih SP.

  2. Shape into balls the size of walnuts.

  3. Beat remaiing egg and yolk. Dip fritters in egg. Roll in flour and then bread crmbs.

  4. Bake until done.
