Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Free and Mac Free Mac and Cheese

2 large+raw Zucchini
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
2 tsp maple syrup
3 tsp tamari
5 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp Turmeric, Ground
4 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Cheese Free and Mac Free Mac and Cheese

  1. Peel the zucchini and make spaghetti using either a spiralizer, potato peeler or a julienne peeler. If you're not on the raw game, you can lightly steam the zucchini until al dente.

  2. Put all ingredients in a a high speed blender or use a hand blender.

  3. Mix until a creamy consistency, spoon over the zucchini spaghetti and blend thoroughly. If you'd love some warm sauce, pop it in the microwave for 30 sec.
