Recipe Ingredients for cheese ester cake

1700 g cottage cheese
6 eggs
300 g sugar
150 g sour cream
300 g wheat flour
50 ml sunflower oil
100 ml milk

Recipe Directions for cheese ester cake

  1. first prepare dought, from flour ,milk , egg, sugar, oil and yeast.

  2. Let it rise well, and lie it in a round pan.

  3. In a large bowl mix all cheese with eggs, sugar, vanila,and sour cream.

  4. Put this in the pan and bake for an hour.

  5. Makes 3 pans, 26cm.
