Recipe Ingredients for cheese enchiladas

14 ounces colby jack shredded cheese
6 g 45.9g enchilada sauce dry mix
14 ounce of hatch enchilada sauce tex mex
10 ounce of old el paso green chili enchilada sauce
350 g white corn tortillas total of 12
1/2 large white onion

Recipe Directions for cheese enchiladas

  1. combine all 3 enchilada sauces in a bowl

  2. take 1 tortilla with 1/4 cup of cheese and roll and put in pan

  3. keep rolling until all twelve are in the pan

  4. sprinkle onion all over and then pour sauce over

  5. with the last 1/2 cup of cheese sprinkle on top

  6. cover and bake at 350 for 25 min and then pull cover to let cheese bake about another 10 min

  7. let set for 5 minutes and then serve
