Recipe Ingredients for Cheese crackers

195 g. Cabot 50% light cheddar, 7 oz. finely grated
100 g. unsalted butter, 7 tbsp. softened
10 g. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp.
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
187 g. flour, 1 1/3 cups
3 g. salt, 1/2 tsp.
3 g. paprika, 1 tsp.

Recipe Directions for Cheese crackers

  1. Cream butter, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce (I used a food processor).

  2. Sift together flour, salt, and paprika; mix lightly with fork.

  3. Add flour mixture to butter and cheese; process until it forms a soft dough.

  4. Using cookie press, press onto ungreased baking sheets.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes until lightly browned.
