Cheese Cake Recipe

Makes 12 servings



Virtually guilt free because I use Philadelphia 95% fat free Cream Cheese. Instead of using pie filling you can top with a piece of fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Cake

250 g (8 oz) Cream Cheese Fat Free
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c white sugar or equiv of sugar substitute
12 tsp Honey Graham Cracker, crumbs (1 tsp per muffin cup)

Recipe Directions for Cheese Cake

  1. Put 12 muffin liners in muffin tin

  2. Put 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs in each liner and press lightly into the bottom.

  3. Blend remaining ingredients (Cream Cheese, eggs, vanilla, sugar) together

  4. Spoon Cream Cheese mixture (about 3 tbsp) into each cup

  5. Bake at 350 for approx. 25 minutes

  6. You can eat without topping or you can top with your favourite topping or a piece of fruit.
