This is a take off on The Cheese Cake Factories popular dish Pasta Jambalya. It's really easy to make and ready in no time!

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Cake Factory Pasta Jambalaya

8 oz. linguine, uncooked
1 green pepper, cut in thin slices
1 yellow pepper, cut in thin slices
1 red pepper, cut in thin slices
8 oz. chicken, boneless and skinless, cubed
2 tsp. olive oil
3 clove garlic, chopped
4 oz. shrimp
14 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 oz. red onion, chopped
3 tsp. cajun seasoning

Recipe Directions for Cheese Cake Factory Pasta Jambalaya

  1. In a large pot, cook the linguine according to package directions, drain and set aside.

  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add the chicken cubes and 2 tsp. of the cajun seasoning and cook until the chicken is about half done. Remove from the skillet. Next add the peppers and onions and garlic and saute for about 4 minutes. Add the chicken back in, add the shrimp and can of diced tomatoes and another teaspsoon of the cajun seasoning and cook on low for about another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Place lingine in a bowl and top with the jambalaya. This turned out really great, my whole family loved it!
