Got to taste them but they look amazing. EDIT-- not so great they are a little bit heavy, they taste great but are not the right consistency.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese cake, cup cakes low fat, low carb

100 grams low fat cottage cheese
30 grams raisins
22 grams almond flour
20 grams Banana and raisin cookies
15 grams Dulce de Leche
3 grams Vanilla flavoring

Recipe Directions for Cheese cake, cup cakes low fat, low carb

  1. In a blender, blend the cottage cheese, almonds and vanilla (add the sweetener if you are using some).

  2. Once it is nice and creamy spoon out and mix in the raisins.

  3. Cut little circles of banana, raisin bread to fit the bottom of the cup cake holders.

  4. Put a dollop of dulce de leche in the middle of the banana, raisin bread. Around 3 grams each or a penny sized bit.

  5. Spoon in the cottage cheese mix and pop in the oven at 160 until golden brown.
