Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Burritos

3 flour tortillas, 96% fat-free, (8-inch)
3/8 c fat-free refried beans
3/8 c. chunky salsa
3 ounce Cheddar cheese, reduced-fat, (4, 3/4-ounce) sticks

Recipe Directions for Cheese Burritos

  1. Spread beans over tortillas leaving 1/2-inch border around all edges. Spoon salsa over beans.

  2. Cut cheese sticks crosswise in half (or block Reduced-fat Cheese can be used, cutting cheese into 2x1/4x1/4-inch sticks). Fold edge of tortilla over cheese; roll up in burrito fashion. Place seam side down on a microwavable plate.

  3. Microwave on HIGH power 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving
