Recipe Ingredients for Cheese Burger Pita Pizza

1 pita (Sara Lee Mr. Pita Whole Wheat)
1/8 lb beef
4 mushrooms
7 1/2 grams bacon (1 slice)
1 tsp ketchup
36 grams American cheese (2 slices)
1/2 tsp minced onion

Recipe Directions for Cheese Burger Pita Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cook beef until no longer pink. Set aside.

  3. Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.

  4. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Place pita on pan. Spread with ketchup. Top with beef, bacon, sliced mushrooms, and minced onion. Cover with strips of American cheese. Spray with nonstick spray.

  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is sufficiently melted.
