Moms classic baking powder biscuits made with cottage cheese instead of buttermilk

Recipe Ingredients for Cheese biscuits

1 1/2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1/2 serving 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
2 cup Flour, All Purpose
1/4 package Cheese Cheddar Marble
1 serving Salt
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 stick Margarine, Regular, Hard

Recipe Directions for Cheese biscuits

Cut margarine in to flour baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix until crumbly. Add cottage cheese and milk until a dough like consistency forms. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick on lightly floured surface. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 15 min or until golden brown
