10 Jalapeno peppers
10 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese
7 slices Microwave Ready Bacon
2 tablespoons egg beaters
4 tablespoons Panko

Recipe Directions for *Cheddar&Bacon Panko Jalapeno Poppers

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise, de seed them.

  3. Cook bacon and crumble it. Stir into cream cheese and fill jalapenos with mixture.

  4. Dip in egg beaters and roll in bread crumbs.

  5. Cook 20-25 minutes until golden... if not getting crispy, broil for a minute or two keeping close watch to avoid burning.
