Lovely home-made bread. Perfect for toast!

Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar and Sun-dried Tomato Bread

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tablespoons yeast
3/4 tablespoons salt
3 cups water
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rye flour
2 oz colby cheese
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato

Recipe Directions for Cheddar and Sun-dried Tomato Bread

  1. Stir all but the cheese and tomato together in a bowl.

  2. Cover the bowl and leave for a couple of hours, then put in the fridge.

  3. When ready to bake, take half the dough from the bowl.

  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese and tomato on top, and roll up like a swiss roll.

  5. Leave for 40 mins, then bake at 220 for 30-40 minutes.
