Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar and picke stuffed burgers

24 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
2 oz Natural Chunk Cheese - 2% Reduced Fat - Sharp Cheddar
0.25 cup, chopped or diced Pickles, Cucumber, Dill
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 oz Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Cheddar and picke stuffed burgers

  1. Lightly sprey a gril pan with non stick spray. and set over mdium heat

  2. mix the beef, cheese and breadcrumbs pickes ketchup and pepper in a large boewl until blended

  3. form into 6 burgers. grill burgers for 6-7 minutes per side. dress with lettuce and tomato. per serving : 335 calories, 10g fat, 6.7 mg chol, 858 mg sodium, 27 g carb, 6 g fibre, 33 g pro, 183 mg calcium
