Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar Omelette

1/2 cup egg whites
1/8 cup green pepper
1/8 cup onion chopped
1/8 cup chopped tomato
1 oz reduced fat cheddar
3/4 cup baby spinach

Recipe Directions for Cheddar Omelette

Heat onions, peppers in non stick pan until softened. Add egg whites. when almost cooked through add tomatoes. Cover with baby spinach leaves evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cover. Let heat until cheese melts and spinach lightly wilts. Fold omelette onto plate.
