Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar Omelet

2 large egg whites
1 large egg
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mushrooms
2 tbsp green pepper
2 tbsp onion
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Cheddar Omelet

Saute veggies in butter in omelet pan. Add beaten eggs and shredded cheese. Cook approx. 1 minute. Close pan & cook approx. 1 more minute. Enjoy!
