Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti (560 cal)

Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

7 oz spaghetti, broken
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
10 3/4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
1 tbsp diced pimientos
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the chicken, 1 cup cheese, soup, milk, pimientos if desired, salt and pepper.

  4. Drain spaghetti; add to the chicken mixture and toss to coat.

  5. Transfer to a greased 13x9 baking dish.

  6. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
