Like Red Lobster Biscuits Makes 12 buns with butter 1 bun = 3 weight watcher points Lighter version: Mix garlic powder in with bisquick mix and do not brush with butter 1 bun = 105 calories, 4.5g fat & .50g fibre = 2 points

Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

2 cups bisquick
2/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

  1. Mix baking mix, milk & cheese, until soft dough forms.

  2. Beat well for 30 sec.

  3. Drop dough byspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet, or press into muffin pan.

  4. bake at 450 degrees for 8 10 minutes

  5. Mix butter & garlic together and brush over warm biscuits before removing from pan.

  6. serve warm.
