Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar Cheese Apple Bread

1/2 cup apple butter
2 egg whites
2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 apples, peeled and shredded
1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Cheddar Cheese Apple Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, applesauce, egg whites, flour, sugar, baking powder and paking soda. Blend well. Stir in the apples and cheese. Turn the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until top is browned.
