Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar Broccoli & Potatoes

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/8 cup olive oil
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
26 oz. frozen chopped broccoli

Recipe Directions for Cheddar Broccoli & Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes in olive oil in skillet and broccoli in saucepan according to package directions.

  2. Place cheese cubes in bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Continue heating, stirring after 30 seconds until melted.

  3. Drain broccoli. Return to pot. Add potatoes and cheese. Stir and serve!

  4. Add chicken for a complete meal!
