Recipe Directions for Cheddar Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Combine eggs, milk, oil, and TABASCO sauce in a medium bowl. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients just until blended. Stir in cheese and crushed red pepper.

  3. Spoon batter into prepared pan and place on rack in center of oven. Bake 45-50 minutes.
