Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar Bread

35 g bob's soy flour
10 g Brown Rice Protein Powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
94 g eggs
14 g Traditional Plain Greek Yogurt
14 g English Double Devon Cream
52 1/2 g olive oil
40 g shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheddar Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Butter 8x4 inch loaf pan.

  2. Combine soy flour, rice protein and baking powder.

  3. Stir in eggs, quark, olive oil and mix. Fold in half of cheddar.

  4. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar on top.

  5. Bake 25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.

  6. Refrigerate.

  7. Or divide into 10 muffins of 27 g each.
