Recipe Ingredients for CHEDDAR BAY CRACKERS

4 tbs BUTTER
1 cup CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 cup FLOUR
1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1/8 tsp SALT

Recipe Directions for CHEDDAR BAY CRACKERS

Cream butter until soft, add remaining ingredients and gather to form a dough. Roll on a lightly floured surface into a log about 1/2 -2" thick. Wrap log in waxed paper and cool for 1-2 hours. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Unwrap dough and cut in 1/4 - 1/2" slices and bake for 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets or transfer directly to a serving dish... these crackers aren't high maintenance. You'll get anywhere from 2 - 3 dozen crackers out of this recipe depending on how wide and how thick you roll and cut them.
