Recipe Ingredients for Cheddar Baked Potato Slices

10 oz cream of mushroom soup (campbell's)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
4 medium baking potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheddar Baked Potato Slices

  1. in small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper

  2. in greased 2 qt. oblong baking dish arrange potatoes in overlappin rows.

  3. sprinkle with cheese, spoon soup mixture over cheese

  4. cover with foil; bake at 400 degrees for 45 min. Uncover bake 10 mins. or until potatoes are fork tender

  5. serves 6 = 4 weight watcher points per serving
