Recipe Ingredients for cheating romanoff

140 grams augratin potatoes (1 box)
4 ounce 95% lean ground beef
1 thick slice onion, diced
1/8 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 small carrot, grated
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 black pepper to taste
1/2 cup light sour cream

Recipe Directions for cheating romanoff

  1. partially brown meat over medium heat. Add veggies and seasoning and cook until meat is done. Don't salt the meat, the boxed sauce is salty enough.

  2. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the contents of the box. simmer 10 minutes, then add half the sour cream. finish cooking until potatoes are tender. serve with a dollop of sour cream.
