1.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
30 grams Onions
1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 cup Select Harvest Light Soup
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Cheater's soup - quick and easy

Cook veggies in olive oil until semi-soft. Puree half of the soup, add it and the cooked veggies to the Select Harvest Soup. Add dried basil if you want more flavor.
